After several years of service in the Marine Corps Pastor Fulton departed and returned to Durham, NC to sit under the leadership and ministry of then Elder Marion Wright, Sr. of Greater Emmanuel Temple. While attending Greater Emmanuel, Minister Fulton, graduated from North Carolina Central University with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) receiving a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After graduating Pastor Fulton was led by God to relocate to Fairfield, Ohio just outside of Cincinnati where he attended and graduated from Miami University with Master of Science degree in School Psychology. While at Miami University he served as a graduate assistant in statistical computations and analysis and a tutored other graduate students in advanced statistics.

Under the tutelage of some of the most faithful and dynamic men and women of God Pastor Fulton has served as a minister, choir member, usher, missionary team leader, Sunday school teacher, Christian education and evangelism director, etc. He has provided various workshops in the community and church such as parenting, anger, stress and classroom management, conflict resolution, effective communications, and marriage enrichment. He has been an adjunct professor at Miami University, Ashland University and International Apostolic University of Grace and Truth. He has ministered in prison, juvenile detention centers, youth offender programs, drug and alcohol programs and at-risk student programs. Pastor Fulton by the grace of God and through accurate instruction in the Word of God has been shaped into the compassionate and committed individual he is today. From his humble beginnings in poverty to his present prosperity, Pastor Fulton declares then as he does now, “To God be the glory, for the things he has done!”
